Classes
Yogafusion classes are non- competitive and for anyone regardless of age or ability.
They are designed so that students may improve posture, alignment and balance, grow in strength whilst developing a tranquil mind and soul.
Classes integrate movement with the breath, postures and dynamic sequences which invigorate the whole body, increase energy levels and develop concentration. A period of short relaxation will conclude the session to rejuvenate the mind, calm the emotions and create greater self awareness.
Classes are held in the Adelaide metropolitan area and run during school terms only. Class duration is 75 mins.

Private Lessons
Private lessons are a good way to provide you with the opportunity to have your individual goals and needs addressed. For example :
- athletes as part of their training regime or recovery from injury
- general health
- development of strength
- flexibility
- adjustment and alignment
Your teacher will personally design and develop a practice specific to your aspirations to be taught at a convenient time made by appointment.
All private lessons are adapted to suit each individual student and can incorporate breathing techniques, postures, relaxation and meditation.

Yogafusion @ Work
A programme of yoga conducted by Yogafusion is a great opportunity to fuse the traditional practice of yoga with work.
Classes will be specifically designed to suit the needs of your corporate group integrating breathing techniques, movement and postures to help alleviate the effects of stress, bring balance to the body and increase vitality and productivity. A period of short relaxation will conclude the session to revitalize you, while leaving the mind calm and clear. Having a sense of calm throughout the workday is a tremendous advantage as it reduces stress and tension whilst increasing the ability to be more effective.
