Hi my name is Maria and I had never practiced Yoga until I had the privilege of attending one of Sue’s amazing classes. Well I am hooked! Sue is a very caring and passionate teacher who has the ability to engage your mind and body without ever making you feel inadequate in what you are doing.

Sue’s strength is her genuine love and appreciation of Yoga and the pleasure she gets from sharing the practise with others. Every class is well thought out and delivered with much enthusiasm and relaxing surrounds. The highlight of my week!

I was advised to try yoga for its physical and emotional benefits while I was undergoing cancer treatment. When I heard some friends were going to Sue’s yoga class I decided to give it a try. I found Sue’s gentle manner very calming. I slept better after a yoga class and friends noticed that I seemed calmer and happier the next day. I also learnt some relaxation techniques which I could use at home when I was feeling unwell.

Sue is very understanding of any physical limitations we have and encourages us to only do what we can.

Since starting the yoga classes I have a more positive outlook. I have really enjoyed attending Sue’s yoga classes and I know I will reap the benefits well into the future.

Thank you, Sue. See you at the next class!! Linda

“Doing yoga with Sue helped me to learn to be kind to my body and my soul. Once a week I was able to let everything go and reconnect with my body and to listen to what it was telling me. And I learnt to breathe – really breathe.

I always came out of class feeling at peace with the world and, more importantly, with myself.”

Being a mother with 3 young children, life can be pretty hectic and I don’t have much “me time”. I used to be quiet sceptical about Yoga but after meeting Sue and attending her first class I was converted.

Sue taught me how to relax, breathe, be myself and I thoroughly enjoy every lesson. Sue has also taught me how to use the wonderful gift of Yoga in my everyday life. Sue has a great passion for Yoga and you can’t help but become passionate about Yoga.

I had heard of yoga, but had no idea as to what it really entailed. When Sue kindly asked me to join her yoga group I was a little uncertain, but excited and ready for the challenge. My first class was a little daunting, but Sue made it relaxing and fun. We were able to have a laugh and feel at ease. I never felt judged or criticised in any way. In fact Sue made me feel good about what I could do and my limits. I couldn’t believe yoga could be so relaxing, but at the same time, I was getting a workout. I felt more flexible and it even helped with my muscle soreness which I got from my earlier gym sessions!

The last 10 minutes of Sue's class is 'pure bliss' and her words of wisdom were always appreciated. I totally recommend a yoga session with Sue.

I commenced Yoga with Sue in 2009. By attending her classes, I hoped to develop core strength and stability as well as to learn breathing tecniques to help me truly relax. I attended as an absolute beginner, thinking I'd have to wobble my way through a series of poses and stretches before being rewarded with valued time to myself to meditate and rest.

In Sue's classes, I did find this, ....but so much more.

Sue's classes nuture the whole being. They are beautiful, restorative sanctuaries away from the chaos of my week. Through her words, our poses and our meditations, she supports each of us to find balance in every aspect of our lives. At the conclusion of her classes, I feel calm and deeply relaxed. I experience what I can only describe as a quiet self-awareness, a comfortable sense of just "being" that I now seek to develop further. Sue is a gifted teacher; encouraging and supportive of each of us no matter what skill level we possess.

If you are considering attending Yoga Fusion, come as you are - we all do! In whatever form we arrive, we are always welcomed warmly, unconditionally and with love.

I kept asking Mum when I coud go to Yoga with her. Sometimes (at home) in the mornings we do yoga together and it's fun for just us to do it. In the holidays we did a mums and girls class. Sue told us heaps of great stories about each of the poses we did. I coud understand it and and coud do the poses even when my mum coudn't but I helped her. I learnt how to do breathing proply and when we rested at the end I nearly fell asleep and I felt really warm and comftabel. I wish Sue would have classes all the time so I could go every week because I really like it.

Attending Sue’s Yoga class is one of my life’s greatest ‘fillers’. With my busy life I often experience depletion of energy, feelings of being overwhelmed & can lose focus of what’s important. Sue’s gentle and supportive approach guides me to that special place within to reflect, regroup and centre & rebuilds my capacity each week.

It’s obvious Sue genuinely cares for those in her Yoga class and the gift she gives to them truly improves & makes a difference to their lives. I treasure my weekly Yoga class and look forward to those feeling of peace & contentment which follow. The mother daughter yoga class was one of the most beautiful, special experiences I have shared with Millie.…….. Thankyou Sue
